One sure way to get your Metabolism going in the morning, is NOT to skip Breakfast! People who skip breakfast, put their bodies into "starvation" mode. The stomach sends "messages" to the brain that it has not been fed; in return the brain sends messages to the stomach that it needs to hold onto to the calories it currently has instead of releasing them to be burned by the body. The burning of calories is called Metabolism.
